1) Request letter (निवेदन प्रत्र)

2) Copy of a citizenship

3) In case of foreign Copy of certificate of passport or Recommendation from embassy as reveal the identity

4) Two photos

5) Resumed deal

6) Tax paid receipt up to Current fiscal year of the house and land & documents of self employed tax


Same day or with in 3 days


According to the Council Decision

Responsible officer

Administration Chief, Assistant Chief of Administration, Respective field staff


1) Including submitted the application specific documents

2) Forward orders of the chief of the administration and employees

3) Submit an application(निवेदन)

4) The applicant should submit the prescribed fee

5) Provide the recommendation(सिफारिस) to an applicant(निवेदक)
